The first stream is the Orbit Job Readiness Program. It begins with an assessment system that assesses the learners of 5 core competencies and 30 sub-competencies. The AI core delivers a personalized learning path each competency and sub competency depending on the assessment score and the learner goes through a 5-stage program to earn the Orbit Job Ready Badge.
The Orbit Job Ready Badge has a Star Rating System, valid for 2 years, and is recognized by hundreds of Orbit Jobs Employers who are connected to your institution through our Orbit Jobs portal.
On completion of the personalised learning path the learner experiences industry expert sessions in the field of their choice. These are delivered by leading experts and personalities who are though leaders in their fields.
The program is completed with an interview process to assess the learner on job readiness and employability. Success in all stages of the program leads to the awarding of a five-star rating which indicates to the industry hiring managers the immediate readiness and employability of the learner.
Learners have the opportunity to choose from multiple Industry 4.0 courses that are currently in demand by the industry. Successful completion results in certification that is industry recognized. These courses are anywhere between 20 – 60 hours each and are instructor supported at all times. Some examples of such courses are; Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Digital Marketing etc.
This stream has courses for financial literacy, language competence, courses on sustainability and courses that learners are currently passionate about. These courses are between 2 – 42 hours in duration. Some examples of these courses are; UI/ UX, Electric Vehicles, Business English, Green Economy, etc.
The Industry expects graduates from universities to be job-ready and understand digital technology as per its definition.
Learners need career guidance, identification of suitable study programs, and facilitation for pursuing studies abroad.
